When hip hop dancers delegate the dancing to little plastic robots or try to find out how a goldfish responds to music, you are faced with a very humorous and intelligent form of street dance. The Brazilian choreographer Vanilton Lakka and two fellow dancers turn the stage into a laboratory of movement. Their effortless and charming ways soon have the boundaries between the performers and the audience dissolve. (MB)
